James C.B Gray is a Community, social and Civil Rights Activist who is currently the Vice President of the Strong Enough Achievers Foundation. The strong Enough Achievers Foundation was founded by REV. Dr. PHILIP JORDAN and is rooted in the BRONX,NY community, dedicated to providing resources for anyone in need.
James became the youngest black television producer to produce a television show on a major subsidiary, television network; the (NBC New York Nonstop network) a top subsidiary network launched by NBC in 2009.James was one of the producers who launched and produced (All night with Joey Reynolds) a late night talk show that was filmed in Times Square at the Nasdaq studio “ James produced the show along side his business partners Phillip “Gates” Jordan and the G&G Entertainment group.
As James became more active in the Harlem community, he joined the National Action Network under the leadership of Reverend Dr. Al Sharpton. James was also a Civil Rights Highlight Speaker for Reverend Dr. Al Sharpton Saturday Morning Action Rally Broadcast, where he opened the show every Saturday for five years with the Civil Rights Highlight speech.
James has served the east Harlem community for the past ten years as the County Committeeman for the 68th Assembly District of New York State and has been reelected every term by the people he serves. James is also a Judicial Delegate in the same District and is very serious about the code of ethics of the attorneys that are elected to serve as Judges in his District.
On January 15th 2023 James was appointed National president and Spokesperson for the Hip Hop Fraternity by its C.E.O and Founder Mr. Ken Ivey. James was given this honor because of his prior experience in the music and entertainment industry. James started as an intern at Warner Brothers Music Group in the Urban Music Division under its Vice President of marketing Mr. Philip Gates Jordan and then they both went on to work at R.S.M.G Russell Simmons Music Group…where they ended up managing Russell Simmons adopted son Jinx da Juvi…James then met Corey Butler who was an Executive at SONY Music Group and was brought into SONY where he and Corey worked on a few major projects under the leadership of Kirk Lightburn and Mark Pitts.
